Affiliates earn commissions on referred subscriber payments. Payouts are processed weekly on Fridays. Chargebacks from referred users will be deducted from affiliate earnings. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity.

Creating multiple accounts
Sharing account credentials
Attempting to manipulate or defraud the affiliate program
Using automated systems to access the Service
Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PickEngine and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
